Direction Of Use
Children ages 6 to 11 years : take 1 spoon (5 Gram)
Adults and children 12 years and older: take 2 spoons (10 Gram) at a time of this fiber powder, up to three times daily (30 Gram).
Mix 1 tablespoon daily into at least 12 oz. of water/ juice/ yogurt and consume immediately before meals. Be sure to drink plenty of additional fluids throughout the day. For upper level of consume, start with smaller amounts and gradually increase over several weeks.
